1 Timothy 5:18 - For Scripture says, "Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain," and "The worker deserves his wages."

Christian schools struggle to pay a market competitive wage. Employees that are "called" should not be under compensated. Through strong strategic governance, strategic planning, an authentic Discipleship culture, operational excellence, and appropriate compensation, the recruitment, selection and retention of top talent can be realized.

Should a Christian school require its employees to perform at a certain level?

Proverbs 22:29 - Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank.

2 Thessalonians 3:10 - For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat."

IGC helps Christian schools recruit, select, retain, evaluate and appropriately compensate their people. On the left is a list of services and tools IGC provides in these areas.
